QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years experience in the marketing , communications or related field (will consider equivalencies and experience)
  • Marketing experience in real estate, retail, hospitality and other service-based, customer-facing industries will be considered a strong asset
  • Entry to intermediate level experience with major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube) and scheduling platforms (HootSuite, SproutSocial)
  • Entry to intermediate level experience with website CMS systems (Wordpress, Squarespace) and e-newsletter platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact)
  • Graphic design capability will be considered a strong asset (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva)
  • Generative AI skills will be considered an asset
  • Must hold a valid class 5 drivers license for this role and will be required to go to specific job sites within the portfolio
  • Must have a vehicle as position requires travel to specific job sites within portfolio
  • Accurate attention to detail
  • Possess strong and positive verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong positive customer service orientation
  • Well organized and have the strong ability to work in a high paced and continually changing work environment
