Position Overview
Canada MedLaser is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to take full ownership of all marketing activities across the organization. This includes sole responsibility for social media management, content creation, marketing collateral, and franchise support. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, posting, engagement, and performance tracking
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and digital content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all corporate and franchise marketing efforts
  • Maintain and update the company’s Brand Guide to reflect evolving standards
  • Conduct market research, identify trends, and support brand positioning
  • Develop buyer personas and align content strategies to target specific audiences
  • Set clear objectives and SMART goals for marketing initiatives
  • Define distribution channels for content and campaigns, and manage timely execution
  • Support franchisees by developing templated and customized marketing resources
  • Monitor and update website content, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
  • Manage and report on email campaign performance, offering recommendations for optimization
  • Collect and analyze engagement data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform strategy
  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist to align marketing efforts across channels
  • Assist in long-term marketing planning aligned with company goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Marketing experience is preferred, ideally within health, beauty, or wellness
  • Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, and Klaviyo with a strong eye for layout, visual consistency, and messaging
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to brand tone and clarity
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Familiarity with email platforms, basic analytics tools, and website content updates
  • Creative, resourceful, and confident in making marketing decisions
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clinic locations within the GTA
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
