Description

EDUCATION:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
· Additional certifications in digital marketing or related areas are a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE.
· Experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
· Hands-on experience working with KOLs on content creation and relationship management.
· Proven ability to work with and manage agency partners and vendors.

SKILLS:

· Strong campaign and project management skills.
· Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Outstanding writing, communication, and presentation skills in English.
· High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
· Well-organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Creative, proactive, and able to think outside the box.
· Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
· Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution and management of marketing strategies and plans for CPG’s portfolio to drive business growth and meet business goals.
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and new shop openings.
  • Contribute to both traditional and digital/social marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in planning, creation, and management of social media content.
  • Help in managing digital/social marketing platforms and ensuring content aligns with business goals.
  • Source and manage agencies and vendors based on marketing needs.
  • Ensure that the agencies deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
  • Assist in tracking and managing the marketing budget.
  • Analyze and report on marketing spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  • Work closely with the Operations teams and other departments to understand business needs and enhance marketing department efficiency.
  • Help enhance the consumer journey and manage customer relationships and databases using marketing best practices.
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to keep the company informed of trends and competitors.
  • Assist in media and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationship management.
  • Support the content creation process with KOLs to ensure high-quality collaborations.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and executing offline events, ensuring high-quality agency deliverables and executions, including media and consumer-facing events.
  • Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in digital and traditional marketing innovation.
    Physical Working Conditions:
    Office-based role with frequent computer use for planning and content creation.
    Standard office hours with occasional flexibility required for event planning, product launches, and campaigns.
