We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing role and will play a key part in executing our marketing strategy, managing event logistics, and enhancing our brand presence within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for tradeshows and community events, ensuring successful execution and maximum visibility.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required to support the marketing team.
  • Stay abreast of upcoming events and tradeshows, proactively identifying opportunities for participation and engagement.
  • Develop, curate, and manage posted content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Connect with community stakeholders to develop cross-promotion opportunities and enhance brand presence.
  • Write and post blogs on WordPress to engage our audience and support content marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct routine updates to our website, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to target various customer segments effectively.
  • Conduct research to support content marketing efforts, ensuring our messaging is based on current industry trends and data.
  • Maintain and update marketing resource libraries and a testimonial library to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the marketing efforts of new partners, maintaining a resource library for them and providing direction to existing collateral.
  • Support the Customer Success team in building visible relationships with current customers through marketing initiatives.
