About the Position As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our internal and external marketing efforts. You’ll help make C-NTA the provider and employer of choice throughout our region. This role is perfect for someone who is: A self-starter with fresh ideas who can work independently Comfortable managing many moving pieces and meet deadlines Skilled at digital engagement and social media strategy Confident networking and representing us in the community Motivated to help our thriving company grow What You’ll Do Grow and manage all C-NTA social media platforms and create engaging content, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns Improve SEO, website performance, and online visibility while tracking metrics, adjusting campaigns, and optimizing results Represent C-NTA at community events and networking functions building strong relationships with local leaders, organizations, and partners Coordinate sponsorships, outreach efforts, and community initiatives that drive recruitment, referrals, and brand awareness Maintain a consistent brand identity which will flow through the design of all brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials Coordinate and build a library of photo and video content Create internal marketing campaigns that amplify our culture of gratitude, highlight employee achievements and boost engagement What You’ll Bring Minimum of an Associate degree in marketing, advertising, PR, or related field Minimum of 3 years professional marketing experience Strong content creation, writing, and social media skills Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced growing environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, creativity, resourcefulness, and initiative Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within the Johnstown and Somerset areas What You’ll Get Opportunity for professional growth as the company expands.
