POSITION OVERVIEW:

Crystal Creek Homes is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, support sales objectives, and promote our homebuilding and investor businesses. This role will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams, contributing to promotions, events, and campaigns that drive customer engagement and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Working knowledge of design applications and associated tools (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva).
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related field, is preferred.
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in marketing, public relations or communications.
  • Experience writing copy and content creation.
  • Event planning and logistic coordination experience.
  • Experience building and maintaining email campaigns.
  • Proficiency on a PC with intermediate MS Office Suite skills
  • Digital marketing (CMS and CRM) experience
  • Residential homebuilding experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing the annual marketing plan to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to discover marketing opportunities to plan and execute initiatives that support their sales targets and increase qualified lead generation.
  • Maintain timely updates for company website, including current events, promotions, pricing, and related communications.
  • Ensure sales centres, showhomes, and point-of-sale locations meet brand presentation standards, including managing signage, displays, and brochures
  • Coordinate the production of model renderings, floorplans, and other marketing assets.
  • Create, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns through the CRM system, ensuring accurate targeting and tracking.
  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns and advertising for both homebuyer and investor audiences.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support marketing events such as new showhome grand openings, community activations, tradeshows, and investor functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and creative agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials across print, digital, and social channels.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional items.
  • Track, analyze and present marketing metrics and results, including website analytics on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinates a digital marketing program including optimizing website content for SEO to improve search rankings, increase traffic, and enhance lead generation.
  • Travel to Calgary-area communities regularly for marketing reviews, community visits, and sales centre optimization.
