QUALIFICATIONS:

(This is a Mat Leave Coverage Position)

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, event coordination, or design-related roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

(This is a Mat Leave Coverage Position)

  • Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Schedule social media content and assist with campaign implementation.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Assist with the planning, development, and coordination of diverse marketing communications.
  • Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, showroom events, and open house events across Canada and the U.S.
  • Support key account sales Coordinate the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Schedule social media content and assist with campaign implementation.
  • Provide administrative and creative assistance to the Marketing Manager as required.
