JOB OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Coordinator will help grow the business by supplying the sales team with effective tools and newly launched products. Looking for professionals with great project management and interpersonal skills, someone comfortable with numbers, and creative with the ability to make a difference at an innovation driven food company. Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks with cross functional teams under tight deadlines is key in this dynamic environment.
Location: This position is based out of our Head Office at 15 Marmac Drive (Etobicoke, Ontario) and is hybrid with in office presence required 2x per week

Responsibilities
  • Assists in the execution of creating new products, working in conjunction with a cross-functional team
  • Creation and maintenance of product specifications
  • Creation and review of marketing material and label copy and artwork
  • Assists in the creation of marketing materials for internal & external reference e.g. sell sheets, product photography, launch presentations, product manuals, and new packaging
  • Management and analysis of new products costing
  • Assists in the rationalization and product categorization processes
  • Ownership of purchase order submissions and budget analysis and record keeping
  • Creation and analysis of sales and category reports
  • Assists in the updating of internal project status reports
  • US and Canadian ECC NET maintenance for specified customers
  • Assists in the management of product sample requests
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned
  • Communication liaison of project status of new product launches between Sales and Product Development
