As a London-based Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and programs across the three businesses that make up the Recreation Group: TeamUp, Sawyer, and Dash. You’ll play a key role in driving lead generation, supporting content creation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our marketing channels. You’ll work with our senior marketing leaders to execute and support initiatives across demand generation and product marketing. This is a great opportunity to grow your marketing skills in a hands-on, fast-moving SaaS environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Familiarity with SMB audiences; fitness/wellness and sports experience a plus!
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, and Google Analytics
  • Solid english writing and editing skills
  • A proactive team player who’s comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Bonus: experience supporting event logistics, basic graphic design, or paid media campaigns
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, in product, events)
  • Help manage content calendars, blog publishing, and social media scheduling
  • Support project plans, tracking and coordination for marketing initiatives with internal and external collaborators.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics
  • Support content and asset creation, including landing pages, email templates, and sales collateral
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars, virtual events, and industry partnerships
  • Lead coordination and communication for each brand’s participation in industry events, conferences, and partnerships
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Act as the voice of the customer, infusing real customer feedback into our positioning and campaigns
