Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid - Remote role with occasional practice visits required
Employment type: Full-Time, 40 Hours P/W
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Experience in dental, aesthetics, or healthcare desired but not essential
• Confident communicator with excellent follow through and attention to detail
• Passionate about helping patients access affordable, confidence boosting treatments
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship building skills
• Comfortable giving constructive feedback and coaching.
• A real team player
• Competent with standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
