Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of marketing activities across social media, digital campaigns, events, and brand communications. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to three years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the coordination of daily marketing activities, campaigns, and project timelines.

Assist in preparing campaign briefs, content calendars, presentations, reports, and meeting notes.

Follow up with internal teams, agencies, designers, suppliers, and clients on deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.

Support social media activities, including content scheduling, basic community management, and performance reporting.

Assist with influencer research, outreach coordination, content tracking, and campaign execution.

Conduct market, competitor, and audience research.

Help organise marketing assets, campaign files, budgets, invoices, and project documentation.

Support events, activations, and promotional campaigns when required.

Ensure marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and ready for approval or publication.

Assist in preparing weekly and monthly campaign reports.

Requirements

Fresh graduate to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, social media, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Strong organisation, communication, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; Canva and presentation-design skills are a plus.

Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
