Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Automation (Primary Focus)

• Manage and optimize all email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo
• Build and maintain automated customer flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post purchase, win back, and customer retention campaigns
• Segment customer audiences to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing improvements based on data and testing
• Develop email content, promotional calendars, and campaign strategies
