Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

We are a small marketing, communications and PR team working inhouse for a network of Christian private schools (Divine Savior Academy & Divine Savior School), Pre-K through 12th grade in FL & TX. Main offices are located in Doral, Florida. However, this is a remote position and team. We value growth, cooperation and service as we all work together to connect our schools with families looking for a great education for their children.
The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator position is to fit intricately into our marketing team to provide a level of necessary support and growth. The Marketing Coordinator will help our team with coordinating communication and execution of our, website, email marketing, and project plans, providing support on creative brainstorming and strategies, assisting with writing/editing copy, managing the DSA blog and growing its engagement, analyzing data, developing SOPs and training materials with the Marketing Director.

DUTIES & TASKS

  • Coordinate, communicate, and execute email marketing, website, and project plans as directed by the Marketing Director
  • Website management and email marketing is a large part of this role
  • Assist with writing and editing copy (for blog, website, collateral, etc.)
  • Manage the DSA blog and grow its engagement
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials with the Marketing Director
  • Manage Niche profiles and other third-party online profiles with correct data and fresh reviews
  • Track marketing and admissions data as needed, and provide analysis and propose improvements to Marketing Director
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates on campaign development and other creative projects as needed
  • Coordinate and collaborate with local campus teams
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends that can impact marketing goals
  • Assist in updating brand designs as needed
  • Assist in other marketing tasks as needed
