POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator ensures the seamless day-to-day execution of demand generation initiatives by translating strategic guidance from leadership and the Corporate Marketing Manager into actionable tasks and repeatable execution. The role owns campaign calendars, content production, social media presence, and HubSpot CRM hygiene, ensuring every touchpoint is executed on time, on brand, and supports revenue impact.
Collaborates with: Corporate Marketing Manager, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support administration of HubSpot CRM: assist with configuring pipelines, segmentation, scoring, automated workflows, and reporting dashboards; maintain data integrity.
  • Plan and execute multichannel campaigns—email, social, paid media, webinars, trade shows—from brief through post mortem.
  • Coordinate content production, including working with subject matter experts and vendors to develop blogs, case studies, and short-form videos that reinforces the Company’s positioning.
  • Develop and manage social media strategy including social listening and audience engagement: channel specific calendars, creative briefs, posting cadence, community monitoring, and analytics based adjustments.
  • Build and optimize nurture sequences, A/B tests, and trigger based automations that move prospects from MQL to SQL.
  • Publish weekly dashboards on traffic, cost per lead, funnel velocity, and social reach; recommend quick win experiments.
  • Serve as daily liaison to Sales and Product teams to align collateral, launch timelines, and partner announcements.
  • Coordinate external vendors (designers, videographers, list providers); track scopes, purchase orders, and invoices against budget.
  • Own event and webinar logistics, including booth assets, registration lists, and follow up sequence
