• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate proficiency with all facets of social media
• Exhibit excellent observation and listening skills with a strong attention to detail
• Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress and give supportive and constructive feedback Be knowledgeable about all concepts remaining up to date with current happenings
• The ability to inspire, motivate and demonstrate excellent guest/associate skills and the value of the guest/associate
• Maintain strong writing and editing skills, ability to match and maintain diverse writing tones
• Able to work with all levels of an organization
• Adhere to all company policies
