Description

We’re hiring! Seeking an E-commerce Marketing Manager
Location: On-site in office at Ravenhall, VIC (Western Suburbs)

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Marketing Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social campaigns (Meta experience preferred).
  • Education: Formal qualification in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Skills: Complete familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and other analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creativity: A flair for creating and supporting engaging ad content.
  • Organization: Strong time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations and decisions
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Social media/marketing content creation experience would be advantageous
  • Experience in email marketing is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Work on-site in our office located in Ravenhall, VIC
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support: Planning, creating, and launching Meta advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Ad Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Content Coordination: Work with the team to produce on-brand, engaging ad creatives.
  • Audience Targeting: Help develop and refine audience segments using Meta’s targeting tools.
  • Reporting: Compile performance reports, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Google Marketing: Have a solid understanding of Google Ads
  • Shopify Proficiency: Understand how to use Shopify, including product catalogues and their use in Meta marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and optimise the allocation of budget across Meta
  • Testing: Support the implementation and evaluation of tests for creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
  • Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date on Meta advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • General Marketing Tasks: Assist in email campaigns, social media management, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
