PARTNERSHIP MARKETING COORDINATOR (STRATEGIC BRAND PARTNERSHIPS – ENTERTAINMENT & MEDIA)

We’re seeking a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to support go-to-market strategies for high-profile entertainment and media brand partnerships. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, partner launch readiness, and seamless execution across campaigns. Working closely with Partnership Managers, the coordinator will oversee timelines, streamline communications, and manage creative approvals while serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or entertainment/media-related fields
  • Strong program management skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience organizing and tracking creative or marketing deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and foster collaboration
  • Familiarity with the entertainment, streaming, or digital media landscape a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Keynote, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Airtable)
