Job Description The purpose of this position is to partner with the sales team to bring regional marketing plans to life, showcasing our industry-leading products and solutions. You’ll play a key role in developing creative product launches and campaigns, collaborating on impactful local and regional events, and supporting the creation of compelling messaging and marketing collateral. This role involves working closely with customers, integration partners, direct sales, and product and marketing teams, ensuring every initiative is aligned and delivers value. With a strong local and regional focus, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on product visibility and customer engagement. Some travel within the defined geography will be required, along with occasional international trips to support the needs of the American business. Primary Job Functions Develop and nurture qualified inbound leads through online and offline channels, aligned with sales and marketing goals. Manage the marketing budget, create annual plans with RSD(s), and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports. Create, localize, and distribute content across multiple channels to strengthen TOMRA’s brand and messaging. Oversee local social media platforms, produce engaging posts, and support other departments in their social media efforts. Produce internal and external communications, including blogs, product sheets, whitepapers, videos, and promotional materials; collaborate with external agencies for specialized services. Contribute creative ideas and messaging for technical marketing content related to products, solutions, and services. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with the Sales team to build awareness and generate interest. Monitor and analyze web traffic and visitor behavior for the Americas region using analytics tools, and optimize strategies to drive leads. Collaborate with global marketing teams to implement best practices and align regional initiatives with global objectives. Assist the Americas Sales team to manage planning for trade shows, industry exhibitions, customer tours, sales conferences and other marketing events including organizing messaging, equipment and logistics as required. Take a lead role in managing regional events. With Sales team develop effective marketing campaigns (single or multi platform) to build awareness, generate interest or position TOMRA as required. Lead marketing projects across virtual teams to deliver strategic initiatives. Ensure consistent application of TOMRA Food brand guidelines across all marketing activities. Track competitor activity, prepare market reviews, and provide insights to identify new opportunities. Evaluate campaign performance and apply learnings to improve future initiatives. Support Sales with content development and distribution to customers, distributors, and industry groups, including strategic bid support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment, preferably within a global organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus. Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns. Strong ability to forecast, monitor, and manage marketing budgets effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building and nurturing relationships across internal teams and external partners. Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting key accounts. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
