POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our company’s growth. This role will work closely with our management team and sales group to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong grasp of digital marketing, content coordination, and social media management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving organization.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Hubspot Experience is an asset
    Final candidates will be asked to arrange reference calls with former supervisors as well as submit a portfolio of past work.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our marketing strategy
  • Analyze SEO data and support efforts to improve organic search performance
  • Develop and manage a social media strategy across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Coordinate and schedule blog and content posts
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for content creation and design
  • Automate select marketing and sales processes
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the outside sales team
