YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!

  • Degree in business administration, marketing or similar. Alternatively: training in wholesale, marketing or similar.
  • Several years of international experience in the B2B trading environment, ideally in the automotive aftermarket. Additional experience in the B2C trading environment is desirable.
  • Very good communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player with the necessary assertiveness and strong ownership
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office and project management tools (such as Asana)
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP is helpful
  • English main language for the job: written & spoken / German written & spoken would be helpful
  • Traveling within Europe is part of the role

Responsibilities
  • Management of the marketing activities for several focus countries
  • Marketing budget planning & tracking
  • Coordination of agencies (Public Relations, Social Media, Media agencies, etc.)
  • Conception and analysis of sell-in & sell-out promotions and product bundles
  • Support for B2B trade fairs in focus countries
  • Planning and execution of target group-orientated customer communication and contribution to the regular newsletter
  • Active coordination and support of strategic market launches (e.g. product, customer, etc.)
  • Conception of information material (brochures, flyers, digital information materials)
  • Organization & participation in events such as MotoGP, WSBK, Goodwood Revival, etc.
  • Management of the POSM portfolio (forecast , tracking, catalogues, etc.) for all export markets belonging to MOTUL Deutschland GmbH in coordination with local Marketing Satellites and Sales functions
  • Coordination of digital tools (such as Digital Marketing Platform, etc.) and design of digital touchpoints (B2B/B2C landing pages)
  • Close cooperation with the various sales functions of the export regions, as well as other departments (including Procurement, Customer Service, Technical and Logistics)
