Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a contract role (approx. $2,500/month for 20 to 25 hours per week) focused on managing email marketing, social media, and content creation. You’ll also be expected to travel to 2 to 4 music festivals per year (yes we do ACL) to gather on-site photos, videos, and stories for marketing campaigns. While the role averages 20–30 hours per week, flexibility is important — hours may increase slightly around festival weeks and decrease during quieter periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for customers and prospects
  • Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) including content calendars, posting, and engagement
  • Create and distribute quarterly newsletters to customers and potential customers
  • Develop creative marketing content such as case studies, blog posts, and event recaps
  • Capture on-site content (photos, videos, interviews) at select music festivals (4–5 annually)
  • Track performance of campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement
