You’ll act as the air traffic controller for all marketing initiatives, balancing priorities, clearing bottlenecks, and making sure no detail gets left behind. This is your chance to play a key role in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity meets precision—and every day brings a new challenge to solve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Request Management: Intake, review, and prioritize marketing project requests, ensuring clarity and alignment before creating the project and assigning tasks.
  • Project Scheduling & Workflow Coordination: Build, maintain, and adjust timelines to keep projects on track and teams aligned.
  • Traffic Control: Monitor workloads across creative, content, digital, and external partners—proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for project status, timelines, and deliverables—ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage asset delivery, approval workflows, vendor interactions, and meeting scheduling as needed to keep everything flowing.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve process, and enhance team efficiency.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project status reporting and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Quality Control Support: Review deliverables for completeness, assessing the requirements in the original marketing request vs the deliverable, before routing for approvals.
  • Tool & System Management: Become the Marketing Dept subject matter expert of our project management platform, Jira, and leverage the available collaboration/communication tools like Microsoft Teams to efficiently engage with all involved in tasks and projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with any department that submits a Marketing Request and facilitate any needed collaboration between the AFF Creative Team, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Compliance, AFF’s bank partner (FinWise Bank), and other external agencies/vendors as needed.

  • High stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of project risks or delays.
  • Well-maintained project tracking systems with clear visibility for all team members.

What You Bring
