JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be joining the Village Marketing team, which supports new customer enquiries, launch planning and execution, village promotion across all channels, database communications, and tactical offers. It is also part of the wider Marketing and Communications team at Summerset.
This is a maternity leave cover position, starting in April 2025 and ideally running until the end of January 2026.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and execute marketing communications to enhance village brand presence and generate leads.
• Support Sales through marketing activities, including events, sponsorships, and signage.
• Manage and update Summerset’s online listings to ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee village information packs and ensure timely updates and distribution.
• Lead key marketing projects, including the annual resident Christmas gift initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

About you:

• Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in marketing coordination and database management.
• Strong communication, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new business systems.
• A proactive, creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
