FleetHunt Technologies is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing telematics and fleet management solutions team. You will be at the forefront of shaping and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand across Canada and the United States, while supporting our expansion into new verticals such as farming and industrial equipment. This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making, offering you the chance to work on campaigns that directly impact business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms; basic HTML/CSS skills are an asset.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience marketing to trucking, logistics, or farming sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, online ads, and print).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in trucking, farming, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and publish engaging content for the website, blog, newsletters, and social platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and analytics tracking.
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices and update product/service pages to boost organic visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and lead-generation targets.
  • Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and webinars to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Assist with e-commerce marketing, product listings, and online promotions for devices and SaaS subscriptions.
  • Design marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
