Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and driving client engagement with our TADBEER center services. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and offline marketing, strong organizational skills, and a keen understanding of the domestic worker recruitment industry or public service sector in the UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in recruitment, service centers, or the UAE labor market
  • Excellent communication skills in English (preferred) and Arabic (required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote TADBEER services (visa processing, recruitment, replacement guarantees, etc.)
  • Create and localize marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media posts) tailored to different client segments (e.g., Emirati families, expats, businesses)
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including content planning, posting, and audience engagement
  • Support the development of client communication plans including SMS, WhatsApp marketing campaigns
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform service improvements
  • Respond to online inquiries of customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, admins and customer service) for marketing alignment
