Are you ready to take the next big step in your career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and creative Full-Time Marketing Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

We are looking for individuals with passion for excellence, content creation with emphasis on social media, digital and e-commerce. Experience in photography, videography, digital and graphic design including strong computer skills proficiency in but not limited to Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sprout Social and other relevant Apps is preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • College or University education in related field
  • Proficiency in all social media management and Microsoft Office
  • Copywriting, photography and videography experience
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Marketing Coordinator will be reporting to the Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations & Communications but will take input and direction from the Digital Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for administrative tasks and the coordination of all marketing platforms including social media, email communication, digital and online channels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Director of Marketing, Director of Public Relations & Communications and Digital Marketing Manager with administrative duties and operational tasks.
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of website and social media management (primarily Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Write engaging copy for social channels, ads and marketing materials.
  • Generate creative photos, videos and digital assets.
  • Create internal print and digital assets including but not limited to newsletters, menus, signage, flyers, etc.
  • Liaise with restaurant, spa, other departments and partners to create social media content, calendar, copy, year-round offers, promotions and activations.
  • Update websites including mobile app, landing pages and all relevant third-party websites ensuring content is accurate and updated by coordinating changes with web team and web partners.
  • Monitor trends, social and marketing activities of competitive set hotels, other luxury brands and industries.
  • Assists with coordination of social media influencer and media visits.
  • Review advertising, print, digital and other advertisements of the hotel.
  • Assist with planning of photo and video shoots, promotional and other special events.
  • Ensure leads and potential business opportunities are flagged and followed-up on by appropriate staff including all relevant reviews and news is disseminated to corresponding departments in the hotel.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and supervise projects like printing, tracking ad schedules and reporting.
  • Create presentation materials for sales, marketing and PR meetings including social and media coverage reports.
  • Assists with identifying and executing local event participation and activations that reach the local neighborhood and surrounding communities.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to our Resorts and Four Seasons at all times, both in and out of the resort and on personal social media accounts.
  • Directly assist and perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing, Director of Public Relations & Communications or Digital Marketing Manager.
