JOB SUMMARY:

MR MIKES is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support 50+ franchise locations across Canada. This role blends creative and operational marketing work, with a focus on planning, coaching, and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-secondary education in Marketing or Communications
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in franchise or hospitality preferred
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Email)
• Experience with Asana, Franconnect, or Chatmeter is a plus

• Support franchisees with local marketing plans
• Conduct regular calls and visits
• Collaborate with graphic designer and marketing manager
• Customize plans and use data to guide improvements
• Create content calendars and presentations
• Liaise with Operations team
