MARKETING COORDINATOR (FRENCH BILINGUAL)

As our Canadian Marketing Coordinator for our English and French speaking market, you’ll play an essential role as part of a small team working across a broad range of activities in a fast-paced environment, the successful applicant will have to work to their own initiative and balance a variety of priorities within deadline, so a diligent work ethic is essential. This role is broad and varied and would suit a self-starter with high attention to detail, strong ability to work autonomously and good organizational skills.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bilingual in English and French required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Brand Manager in building the English and French marketing strategy and executing within the annual budget to increase brand awareness, drive conversions, and client engagement
  • Build campaigns across various channels, including seasonal promotions, new product launches, and overarching brand initiatives
  • Develop compelling marketing copy for email marketing in English and French to enhance client engagement, increase retention, and acquisition
  • Support in optimizing website content in partnership with local and global digital teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Maintain adherence to legal and regulatory compliance standards
  • Execute regular marketing administrative tasks such as maintenance of marketing calendar, merchandise / collateral management, and updates/information sharing to divisions as required.
  • Manage invoice processing and maintain budget tracking documentation
  • Develop reporting and monitor performance of activities and campaigns
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Client Services) to ensure cohesive messaging and timely execution
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, copy, and client touchpoints
  • Take initiative in identifying marketing opportunities, gaps, or optimizations, including client-facing materials and digital channels
