What You’ll Do: Be the First Impression: Greet and assist visitors, prospective residents, and families with warmth and professionalism Conduct engaging tours and provide information about our residences and services Coordinate showings and support inventory management Create Seamless Move-In Experiences: Schedule assessments, orientations, and move-in logistics Collaborate with Culinary, Environmental Services, and the Clinic to ensure everything is ready Prepare welcome packets and assist residents on move-in day Support Marketing & Administration: Assist with events, campaigns, and marketing materials Maintain supplies and contribute to communications Provide administrative support to the Marketing team Manage CRM & Data: Keep HubSpot CRM records accurate and up-to-date Track inquiries, contracts, and resident data Generate reports to monitor marketing performance Engage with Technology & Teamwork: Use tools like HubSpot, Docuware, Canva, and Microsoft Office Collaborate across departments to support community life Represent Seafields with professionalism and positivity Requirements What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 3–5 years of experience in business, sales, communications, or marketing Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot and Canva a plus A team player with a heart for service and hospitality Why You’ll Love Working Here: Be part of a state of art, forward-thinking, resident-centered community.
