About FUNDAY FUNDAY is Australia's #1 better-for-you confectionery brand, on a mission to share more joy and prove that better-for-you doesn't have to be boring!
Founded in Melbourne by entrepreneur Daniel Kitay, FUNDAY is shaking up the confectionery aisle by reimagining nostalgic favourites with a natural, better-for-you twist. From lollies to chocolate, we're proving you don't have to compromise on taste to make better-for-you choices.
Proudly Australian-born and growing fast, FUNDAY has achieved over $100 million in retail sales in the past 12 months, with products stocked in 7,000+ retailers across Australia and now Target stores across the US. We're an ambitious, innovative and fun-loving brand, and we're only just getting started. About the role We're looking for an energetic, highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join the FUNDAY team.
Reporting to the Brand Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing FUNDAY's marketing activity to life across campaigns, new product launches, PR, partnerships, events and brand activations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who loves making things happen. You'll work across a variety of projects, helping turn big ideas into reality while gaining exposure to all areas of marketing within a fast-growing consumer brand.
About you You'll ideally have 1–2 years' experience in marketing, brand, PR, social or a related role, although we're equally interested in someone earlier in their career who can demonstrate great initiative and relevant experience.
Above all, we're looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas to the table and find new and better ways of doing things.
What success looks like You'll become a go-to person in the marketing team, helping keep projects on track and making sure the little details don't get missed. Campaigns and launches run smoothly, deadlines are met, stakeholders are aligned and nothing falls through the cracks.
