Generation Tux is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. As Marketing Coordinator, you'll play an instrumental role in the day-to-day operations of our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at coordinating various marketing activities, overseeing projects, and maintaining smooth internal and external communication. This is a dynamic support role that offers exceptional opportunities for professional growth and exposure to various aspects of our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee marketing campaign execution timelines, product and showroom launches, and general marketing projects using task management software (Monday.com). Provide comprehensive support for the marketing team, handling a mix of individual tasks and team projects, facilitating effective interdepartmental communication. Maintain and update website content and email flows as required. Provide wide-ranging administrative support, including meeting organization, print requests, and report generation. Lead weekly and monthly marketing reporting meetings. Oversee freelance and external agency partners. Coordinate with AP to ensure third party invoices are received and paid in a timely manner. Manage day-to-day office needs. Handle additional job-related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative. Requirements Strong cross-functional project management experience. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Capable of working independently and managing multi-channel projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting integrity and a strong work ethic. Experience with MS Office programs (Excel, PPT), Web-based CMS, G-Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets). Ability to take initiative, pay attention to detail, and adapt to additional job-related duties as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
