In this role, you’ll execute multi-channel campaigns, craft persuasive content in professional business German, and uncover new opportunities that expand our reach within key industries. What You’ll Do Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, blog, case studies, paid media, landing pages, and webinars. Write clear, compelling German-language content for blogs, the website, newsletters, emails, and industry-specific campaigns. Create segmented email campaigns tailored to industries, buyer personas, and stages of the funnel. Manage and grow Keycafe’s German social media presence with consistent, engaging content. Produce and coordinate webinars that support awareness, education, and lead generation. Analyze customer data, campaign performance, and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize results. Support marketing events, conferences, and strategic industry partnerships. Track and report on KPIs, providing insights to improve future campaigns. Collaborate with sales, product, and operations to ensure messaging alignment and high-impact execution. Stay up to date with modern digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics best practices. Who You Are Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication in both languages. 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital campaigns, or sales enablement. Strong copywriting and content creation skills, especially for B2B audiences. Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation platforms. Experienced in email marketing and newsletter creation. Familiar with SEO principles and analytics tools (Google Analytics required; Semrush is a plus). Skilled at using ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance content and workflows. Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Creative, resourceful, and driven by achieving measurable results. Nice to Have Experience with SaaS, IoT, or hardware-enabled technology companies. Background in performance marketing or paid media campaign execution. Familiarity with webinar platforms and event coordination. Base Salary: $1,300 USD per month. Commission: Monthly performance-based commission ranging from $500 to $900 USD, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $1,800 to $2,200 USD per month.
