WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO CAN:

• Actively supporting the Marketing Manager with the creation, execution and optimization of GetQuorum’s marketing efforts with an emphasis on digital marketing campaigns.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels to drive engagement and results.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
• Overseeing the creation, development and execution of social media campaigns and account management. Including LinkedIn, Youtube, and Facebook.
• Monitoring, tracking and optimizing campaign performance and assisting with routine reporting.
• Regularly conducting keyword & product category research and providing recommendations to support and optimize campaigns.
• Generate blog posts, case studies and copyright for other marketing activities.
• Responsible for ongoing updates, edits, and revisions of marketing materials.
• Occasionally attending and providing support during events as required, which may require working evenings or weekends (less than 5% of the time).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, R&D, operations & customer success) and third-party vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
• Researching and implementing marketing best practices.
• Providing ongoing support for administrative and ad hoc projects as required.

Must Haves

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, communications or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, self-starter that can work proficiently independently or as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to turn insights into action-driven results.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Google Adwords
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, startup environment

Nice to have skills

• Knowledge or experience with Property Management, Legal, or Non-for-Profit clients
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Canva and other graphic design tools is an asset
• Experience using HubSpot, Pardot or other marketing automation tools is an asset
• Basic experience with HTML/CSS is an asset

GetQuorum is a Toronto-based technology company that provides hosted virtual annual general meetings and electronic voting platform-as-a-service tailored to the condominium markets in Ontario, Alberta, Florida and North America.
