The Opportunity The Marketing Coordinator is a key execution partner within the marketing team, responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives and ensuring work moves from idea to launch without friction. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Content & Creative Manager, supporting campaign execution, digital updates, and cross-functional coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and keeping multiple workstreams on track. Requirements Core Responsibilities Website Execute website content updates tied to campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives. Coordinate assets, approvals, and timelines to ensure user-friendly, accurate, and timely updates. Maintain content readiness and organization for ongoing website needs. Campaign Development Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email and automated email campaigns. Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, timelines, and inputs to ensure on-time, on-brand campaign execution. Assist with email campaign setup, QA, deployment, and post-launch performance updates as needed. Social Media Schedule and publish content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest). Support campaign-driven social initiatives and day-to-day content execution. Assist with monitoring engagement and performance metrics. CRM Support Assist with CRM and email marketing execution to support lead generation, including content coordination and deployment support. Ensure messaging, segmentation, and assets align with lead generation goals, campaign priorities, and brand standards. Maintain organized inputs, data hygiene, and timelines for CRM initiatives to drive consistent pipeline contribution. Project Coordination Track timelines, tasks, and dependencies across marketing projects. Follow up on action items and ensure deliverables stay on schedule. Serve as a coordination point between marketing stakeholders to reduce bottlenecks. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or campaign support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear written communication and comfort working across teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms, social scheduling tools, or basic digital analytics. Compensation & Structure Based salary: $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience.
