We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to support the daily execution of dealership marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with dealership leadership and external partners to bring campaigns, events, and promotions to life, ensuring all marketing efforts are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards. What You’ll Do: Coordinate monthly promotions, campaigns, and special events Manage in-store signage and showroom marketing materials Assist with social media content, including capturing on-site photos and videos Execute community partnerships and sponsorship activations Work with vendors and agency partners to meet project deadlines Maintain marketing calendars and track timelines Support email and digital marketing campaigns Monitor website specials and assist with content accuracy Track invoices, budgets, and vendor billing Support online reputation and review management Handle day-to-day marketing requests from dealership departments Requirements 2+ years of marketing, events, or coordinator experience preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and external partners Experience with social media and basic content creation Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus Automotive or retail experience is helpful, but not required Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States Please do not call the dealership regarding this position.
