What You’ll Do
- Content Creation: Plan and produce content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as relevant). Includes photos, video clips, reels, and written posts.
- Video & Photo Direction: Organize and oversee shoots. You don’t have to be behind the camera every time our team can help capture what you need, but you will direct the creative process.
- Social Media Management: Develop a posting pipeline, schedule posts ahead of time, and ensure consistent output that reflects our brand voice.
- Brand Storytelling: Create posts that highlight our clients’ challenges, successes, and growth, with Hansen Signs as the trusted partner behind the scenes.
- Marketing Decks: Work closely with our Chief Imagineer to design professional, on-brand decks and presentations that support our business development initiatives.
- Strategic Initiatives: Bring new marketing ideas to the table that align with our brand and help us stand out in our niche.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in content creation and marketing strategy.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills to get the right content.
- Alignment with our brand voice: client-first, confident, professional, solution-driven.
- Someone who thrives with independence and flexibility, but understands accountability for results.
- A collaborator who can work effectively with leadership and keep projects moving forward without micromanagement.
- An advanced social media enthusiast who knows how to grab attention and keep it
- A team player who isn’t afraid to share their ideas and think outside the box! YOU are the expert, we want to hear your ideas!
Expectations & KPIs
- 1–2 social media posts per week, scheduled in advance.
- 1 short video every 3 months.
- Marketing decks created with our internal teams as part of ongoing business development efforts.
- Consistent pipeline of scheduled content that reflects our voice and strategy.
