In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to: • Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations • Write non-technical text; edit and proofread all marketing communications • Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communications/pursuits • Support development of message and theme development for pursuits • Monitor client websites for solicitation status • Work with internal Client Managers, Corporate Marketing and technical staff in the development of marketing strategies, outreach, and approaches • Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems • Support development and implementation of client development plans • Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR’s Matrix of Authority • Support fulfilling conference sponsorship benefits • Support planning of internal meetings (in-person or virtual) • Maintain inventory of branded materials used for conferences Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field Minimum of three years in-office professional experience within the AEC industry Writing ability, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to handle concurrent and tight deadlines and to make independent decisions Quick self-starter, team-oriented and ability to work with varying personalities and professional style Local candidates preferred Required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign What We Believe HDR is our company.
