Nestled in stunning surroundings, we provide unforgettable experiences with cosy accommodations, breathtaking views, and exceptional hospitality. We are also predominantly a wedding venue with a wedding barn where we perform up 180 weddings a year. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and take our brand visibility to the next level.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and bookings through innovative digital marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for content creation and data-driven marketing. You will be a self starter who will work alongside the marketing manager/owner to drive the business to the next level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING

• Develop and implement engaging content strategies across LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create high-quality, platform-specific content, including text, images, videos, reels, and stories.
• Manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.
• Foster and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to enhance guest interactions.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, implementing new strategies to increase brand reach.
• Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing them for maximum ROI.
• Track and analyze social media performance, reporting on KPIs and insights to refine strategies.
