We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor who understands the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of the shipping and logistics industry and can strategically position our brand across regional and global markets.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Supervisor will lead and execute strategic marketing efforts across IMGS Group’s logistics and terminal services. This position demands a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can blend industry knowledge with creativity to elevate the brand’s global presence—particularly in the areas of port operations, commodity logistics, and shipping services.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred).
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within shipping, logistics, or related B2B sectors.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns targeting industrial clients, logistics providers, and government entities.
  • Strong command of marketing tools including Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Zoho), SEO tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Design sensibility and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
  • Knowledge of the GCC, East Africa, and South Asia logistics markets is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated B2B marketing strategies to promote IMGS’s logistics, terminal, and trading services across key geographies.
  • Lead digital and offline campaigns across platforms including SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, trade publications, Google Ads, email marketing, and targeted industry outreach.
  • Position IMGS as a market leader through branding, visual storytelling, and industry-specific content tailored to shipping, supply chain, and port logistics.
  • Create creative content development including corporate profiles, brochures, presentations, case studies, infographics, and video content.
  • Collaborate closely with business units, port managers, and senior leadership to align marketing goals with operational priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and present marketing dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, maritime and logistics publications, and event organizers to maximize visibility.
