Sales and Marketing Coordinator Location: Sydney, NSW – Hybrid working model Status: Full-time Job Category: Marketing Reports to: Field Development Manager Direct Reports: N/A PRIMARY OBJECTIVE The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will assist in the daily operations within Field Development. This includes but is not limited to Field incentives, Recognition, Business Aids and data analytics.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Be a passionate ambassador of the Arbonne Brand. Own the execution and testing of global incentives/program, lead and support the creation of local incentives to meet company objectives. Discuss analysis of each project with Field Development Manager for reporting – global and local. * Compile regular product analysis in terms of field performance and conduct competitor analysis. Maintain and update leader data each month. Identify trends and match local incentives to support those trends. * Provide Field and Staff training on all new incentive and product launches. Perform user acceptance testing for monthly promotions and product launches. * Support Arbonne Consultants be more successful by understanding their challenges and opportunities. Essential is to have regular and broad contact with the field. Provide management team with a clear overview of consultants that are in qualification, have promoted or demoted each month. * Take ownership of Field Recognition including the top performing ICs in sponsoring and Central performance each month. Ensure that achievers are recognised appropriately, and their achievements well promoted. * Initiate creative requests, web requests and Jira requests as needed to support Field Development projects. Localise and proof all Field Development literature, documentation and multimedia tools and assist with support materials including web assets, brochures, flyers and training materials. Particularly month end support documents like the month-at-a-glance. * Maintain and update all Field Development platforms including the Source and Arbonne App. * Development of content for the Arbonne Facebook Groups – not limited to AIT Dreamers, VP and NVP pages * Manage Arbonne Welcome kit * General marketing administrative. * Perform user acceptance testing for monthly promotions and product launches. * Work with all departments Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Operations in a collaborative, engaging and positive way. * Attend Field events when necessary.  GENERAL COMPENTENCIES: 1. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a marketing environment, preferably within the Direct Selling Industry and/or an international operation 3. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communications or related field. Proficient in all applicable computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
