Reporting to : Head of Business Unit

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and B2B customers to assist in the development and implementation of full mix brand on and offline plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, loyalty and sales growth in UK & international markets. A good understanding of the differentiation between B2C and B2B communications is important.
  • Understand the local market needs and methods to reach consumers following local advertising, promotional regulations.
  • Work with third party providers in the local markets where required, to achieve cost and time efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with the Projects, Design and Sales to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate the localization of marketing materials, ensuring cultural relevance, compliance and adherence to brand guidelines for international markets.
  • Manage brand assets including logos, images, and brand guidelines, ensuring accessibility and consistency across all markets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Support and time manage the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and sponsorship, in collaboration with regional marketing teams.
  • Support the teams at exhibitions and events, where necessary.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, trade and consumers shows, and activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to support brand initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
