OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving consideration and engaging new and existing clients for the Kelly+Partners brand. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across HubSpot CRM, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and implementation of local area marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels.
  • Help plan, execute, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot and Mailchimp.
  • Manage Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Own the social media content calendar, including content creation and copywriting.
  • Help manage, build, and optimise website and landing pages in HubSpot.
  • Create monthly performance reports to track and analyse results.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on diverse marketing activities and channels.
  • Assist in SEO efforts and manage the digital footprint of Kelly+Partners and its 32+ office locations.
  • Assist in developing thought-leadership content for monthly and quarterly newsletters and publications.
