POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of brand campaigns and day-to-day client initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong interest in marketing, branding, and client services who thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help track project timelines, manage campaign assets, and facilitate communication between internal teams and clients. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles (agency experience a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Ability to multitask across several projects and work collaboratively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Bonus: familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, or project management tools (e.g., Lark, Notion)
