Description Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Reports To: Marketing Director Job Description: Salerno Group is currently looking for an aspiring marketing professional who is passionate about social media, content creation, events and hospitality. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the social media management and marketing operations of multiple restaurant and event concepts (Lago East Bank, Lago Custom Events, Sora and more). This position requires a talented individual who is detail-oriented, quick to learn, creative and communicative with team members in different departments to help support business goals and campaigns through social media channels. Requirements Job Responsibilities: • Implement a results-driven social media strategy • Create and present social media content that is engaging and appealing to each brand’s target audience • Attend events and record/post live coverage • Collaborate with team to develop and organize content calendars • Assist in the creation and editing of content • Present a cohesive brand voice across all social media channels • Manage and execute content calendars for all SG accounts • Monitor industry trends • Interact with users and respond to DMs, comments and all inquiries • Escalate complaints/customer reviews to management as needed • Create reports on key metrics and analytics • Assist with influencer marketing strategy • Create social media ads and track key performance metrics Preferred Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field • 1-2 years experience with social media marketing or content development • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) • Knowledge of Canva and other graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) • Photography skills • Effective writing and communication skills • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot processes • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work diligently and respectfully with a team • Ability to incorporate business goals into social media strategy • Ability to attend on and off-site events to produce live social media content Details • Full-Time Position • Competitive Starting Salary • 50% off all food and beverages at Lago East Bank and Sora while working • Full support of the Salerno Group team regarding career growth, development and future endeavors
