WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WORKING IN THE MARKETING COORDINATOR POSITION THE MARKETING COORDINATOR SUPPORTS MULTIPLE BUSINESS SECTORS BY EXECUTING DAY-TO-DAY MARKETING TASKS THAT UPHOLD LANGE’S BRAND STANDARDS AND ENSURE TIMELY, HIGH-QUALITY COMMUNICATION TO CLIENTS. THIS ROLE ASSISTS WITH SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT CREATION, COORDINATES ROUTINE MARKETING ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDES FRONT DESK COVERAGE AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT AS NEEDED. THE MARKETING COORDINATOR COLLABORATES CLOSELY WITH THE MARKETING, RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE, AUCTION, AND CLIENT SALES TEAMS, CONTRIBUTING TO SMOOTH WORKFLOWS AND CONSISTENT DELIVERY OF INFORMATION REGARDING PROPERTY LISTINGS AND COMPANY EVENTS RESPONSIBILITIES * Produces engaging content and develops graphic designs to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. * Manages social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. * Oversees residential website updates and listing management to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality property information. * Supports marketing efforts for residential developments, including promotional materials, signage, and project-specific campaigns. * Coordinates and executes marketing activities for auctions, including advertising, digital promotions, and event materials. * Provides inside sales support by assisting with lead follow-up, preparing materials, and coordinating communication as needed. * Serves as a cross-departmental floater, offering support to multiple teams and completing tasks that contribute to smooth daily operations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Experience working in a professional business environment. * Strong customer service skills and experience. * Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing and/or a Marketing degree; or obtaining a degree in marketing or business-related sectors.
