• Provide comprehensive administrative and project management support, with a focus on organizing and promoting in-person events, conferences, webinars, and podcasts.
• Develop and maintain a budget request system for event suppliers, ensuring timely presentation for financial approval.
• Manage the invitation process for events, including personalized follow-ups with prospects and leads.
• Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of event invitations.
• Assist in coordinating tasks with the SDR team, Account Executives, and the Customer Success Manager.
• Conduct research on relevant conferences, podcasts, media outlets, influencers, and emerging work tools for Onebeat, providing detailed assessments of budget, scope, advantages, and disadvantages.
• Provide creative and design support for social media initiatives.
• Perform video and graphic editing using tools such as Canva, Figma, and Riverside.
• Translate content between English and Spanish as needed.
