Description

Description: Responsible for customer and industry facing public communications and relations, including social media, sponsorships, messaging, and creative components of the company and product portfolio. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works in concert with all other brewery departments.

REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 21+ years of age
  • At least 4 years of related professional Marketing / Social Media experience
  • Media Communication and PR Experience Preferred
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite Preferred, specifically Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere
  • Experience in video creation, editing and storytelling
  • Computer proficiency and experience with Google Business Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
  • Must be comfortable working with others, operating computers and printers, driving throughout the Metro area, events, etc.
  • Experience with programs such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Canva, GoogleSuite, Square, etc preferred by not required
  • Able to frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
  • High level of organization.
  • Appreciation for craft beverages and creating a positive work environment with teammates

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute day-to-day, real-time consumer communications through digital tools including company website, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, etc. from festivals, events, etc…
  • Oversee daily content and copywriting for taproom and soda social media accounts.
  • Assist in media outreach and PR planning.
  • Attend large format weekend events, create and publish content during events.
  • Update website with necessary changes including taproom beers, tours, calendar, etc. (may include direct communication with website developer when necessary.
  • Update website calendar with all necessary details and links.
  • Coordinate online orders via square and ship orders in a timely manner.
  • Report to and work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop overall Marketing and PR strategy, budget and creative.
  • Oversee Influencer program and communications in conjunction with Marketing Manager
  • Communicate all Brewery/Taproom events and create printed material design and execution including posters, flyers, handouts,etc.
  • Create, develop content and send out monthly email newsletter or Constant Contact.
  • Review all emails coming into the general mailbox and send to appropriate parties.
  • Coordination of media requests and appearances
  • Oversee donations including documentation, building donation baskets and other donation packages, and coordinating delivery / pick up of donations
  • Organization of physical assets for marketing purposes, such as props, glassware, merchandise, and product
  • Field incoming customer inquiries and complaints through social media, Google Business, voicemail, and general email account with a 24-hour turnaround response
  • Monitor and analyze owned social media performance and competitors’ accounts to identify content creation opportunities
  • Organization and maintenance of digital folders of assets and files through DropBox and Google Drive
  • Administration of online and text to win contests
  • Assistance with preparation for media appearances and photo shoots
  • Various graphic design and administrative tasks as directed by Marketing Manager
