About the job

Who are we?

We are Australasia’s largest privately owned aggregator group, backing more than 6,000 brokers and advisers across Australia and New Zealand. Partnering with over 110 banks and lenders, we support independent businesses alongside our own Loan Market brand. In FY26, our brokers helped over 400,000 people settle over $167 billion in loans and reached a collective loan book of $428 billion, proof of what happens when scale meets real drive.

We live our values in everything we do. Compassion for our customers, doing what we say, being curious and thinking openly, going further together. We’re ambitious, but we keep our feet on the ground, always hungry, always humble, and focused on being the absolute best at what we do. We were proud to be named Australian Financial Review BOSS Best Place to Work - Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services & in 2025 and one of Mortgage Professional Australia's Top Mortgage Employers for 2026!

About the role -

You will be instrumental in setting brokers up for short- and long-term success, helping them master our AI enablement platforms to drive local market growth.

You will deliver a 5-star marketing onboarding experience to brokers who are joining LMG or changing service plans to the Loan Market or Partner service plans, and then ensure they have the right tools and playbooks to find and keep clients for the life of their time with LMG.

Key responsibilities -

  • Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end marketing onboarding process for businesses and brokers, acting as the primary point of contact for the first 12 weeks to ensure a 5-star experience.
  • Platform utilisation: Manage the setup of marketing platforms (such as websites, Google Business Profiles, database marketing, NPS & review generation) for new brokers and businesses, and coach brokers on best practices to ensure they are set up for ongoing success.
  • Network support: Supporting the Local Area Marketing Specialist to implement self-service marketing toolkits and training programs to empower brokers to implement their local area marketing plans.

  • KPIs - Achieve an average marketing onboarding rating of 9 or above for all new businesses
  • Generate quarterly marketing reports for all Loan Market & Partners businesses
  • Successful migration to Salesforce/increased efficiency for set-up of new businesses

To succeed in this role you will bring -

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house) and a degree in Marketing (or similar).
  • Technical skills: Sound understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO, social media and email marketing best practices. Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) or marketing automation platform is highly desirable.
  • AI-first mindset: You don’t just use AI; you build, prompt, and train workflows that make marketing execution simple, rapid, and effective for non-technical users.
  • CRM experience: Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce) or marketing automation platform to manage workflows, track activity, and report on campaign results.
  • Relationship management: A proven ability to communicate with and support senior stakeholders/clients, ensuring they feel empowered and set up for success.
  • Mindset: You thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment. You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, can take initiative to solve problems and are highly resilient.
