The Marketing Coordinator supports execution of brand and marketing initiatives across B2B, consumer, and wholesale channels. This role is central to keeping campaigns, content, and production moving efficiently while maintaining strong brand standards. Key Responsibilities · Support development of marketing materials across B2B, consumer, and wholesale channels including flyers, sell sheets, digital assets, presentations, and trade collateral, ensuring alignment with French Toast brand standards. · Manage production of print and event materials by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. · Build and support B2B email campaigns, including list coordination, QA, deployment, and performance tracking. · Assist in gathering and organizing product copy, imagery, and supporting materials for upload and distribution. · Manage the marketing calendar and track project timelines across initiatives. · Assist with reporting on campaign performance, trade activity, and key KPIs. · Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Sales, eCommerce, and Product teams. · Support purchasing card tracking and vendor invoice coordination. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Internship or relevant marketing experience preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and proofreading accuracy. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, HubSpot, Trello, or similar tools is a plus. This is a hybrid position requiring four (4) days per week onsite. Additional in-office days may be required based on business needs.
