EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in marketing or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales processes and product management is a plus.
• Proficient in using WordPress for website management and content updates.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles, including print advertising strategies.
• Experience with social media marketing tools and techniques is essential.
• Knowledge of SEO practices to optimize online content effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visual content is highly desirable.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
• Coordinate the development of brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Organize product and vignette photography, manage production timelines and deadlines.
• Maintain marketing databases and digital assets.
• Monitor timelines for marketing projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track campaign performance and compile marketing analytics reports.
• Support the execution of events such as trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Liaise with vendors, clients and marketing agencies.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
• Schedule meetings, draft agendas and take notes.
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
• Prepare expense reports and assist with budget tarcking.
